CERTIFICATION COURSES

CERTIFIED NEWMARKET INTERNATIONAL SYSTEMS ANALYST (CNSA)

As a certified Newmarket International Systems Analyst (CNSA) you will be qualified and confident in your ability to manage all aspects of Delphi sales and catering, the most important resource used by your sales and catering teams. The first step is to gain an understanding of the available configuration options in Setup, how each option works with other areas of the application, and how to optimize the information in order to produce valuable management reports sure to be needed on an ongoing basis. As a CNSA, you will be able to build the Delphi sales and catering system best suited for your organization's business processes, train your team to use it, maintain the health of the database, and produce meaningful reports and outcomes. The Delphi sales and catering content covered in this course is both advanced and cumulative, therefore this course is appropriate for individuals with existing Delphi experience looking to expand their skills to include Delphi system administration rights and privileges.
